We combine Krav Maga combatives with athletic training to provide a diverse and comprehensive strength and conditioning program that includes cardio, weight training, circuit training, bag workouts and partner drills. Each class is based on a functional element designed to promote:
This class is great for both adults and kids looking to lose weight and get fit or just strengthen and tone muscles. We also help people gain muscle mass if that is their goal. The class is designed to help people of all fitness levels so beginners are encouraged to attend. We modify each workout in order to meet the fitness levels of each individual in the class. For those that sign up for the six week challenge, they also get the added benefit of a full nutritional program designed to help them meet their fitness goals. |
